Skills & Drills Fundamentals is a volleyball fundamentals program for athletes in grades 4-8 at the White and Yellow level. Sessions run at Northgate Community Gym in Winnipeg, MB.

What you will learn

Athletes learn the foundational skills of volleyball: passing, setting, serving, basic attacking, and an introduction to game play and team positioning. The pace and drills are designed for beginners and developing players, with no prior experience required.
